Business Development Representative
Position Summary:
Sotero is seeking a full-time, remote experienced Business Development Rep (BDR) for Business to Business sales who will report the VP of Marketing. You are high-energy, you are highly competitive and expect to exceed your goals, you see challenges as opportunities, and you love collaborating across teams. You have working knowledge of sales tools to help you streamline your prospecting process. You have experience in driving qualified sales opportunities for Regional Sales Managers. You enjoy working with marketing and sales to turn key learnings from both into conversions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, engaging, and can identify influencers and key decision makers through prospecting into target accounts. This is a quota carrying position with the goal of generating qualified prospects. You play a crucial role in prospecting net new business for the company.
